October 31 2020 at 7:49 am PDT is a full Moon in Taurus. Earth sign Taurus rules the 2nd house of finances, security, and beauty. The Moon is exalted in Taurus, the best sign for the Moon.
This full Moon is also a blue Moon, the second of two full moons in a single calendar month. And this full Moon occurs on Halloween, the solar point between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice.
A powerful astrological influence is that the full Moon conjuncts Uranus in Taurus. Uranus aspects can be liberating, with people seeking freedom, not beingheld back or following routine.
However, people can act compulsively with a lack of discipline and little sense of responsibility. So strive to stay grounded and centered during the peak of this combative Fire Dog month.
Mercury in Libra squares Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto all in Capricorn. There can be miscommunication, especially during Mercury retrograde that ends on November 3. Problems of exaggeration and false information are more serious at this time. Be cautious in your speech, slow down for details, and recheck documents.
Contact me for your tarot card reading or astrology forecast if feeling overwhelmed by the full Moon energy.
Strength and empowerment are for all, and are most profound for Earth signs Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn and those born in Snake, Phoenix (Rooster), Ox, and Dog years.
I was interviewed by Reader’s Digest about the year of the Ox 2021. Read article here.
Happy Halloween and happy full Moon,

October 16 2020 at 12:31 pm PDT is a new Moon in Libra. Air sign Libra rules the 7th house of marriage, partnership, and peace. The focus this lunar month is on harmonious relationships with others while maintaining calm and equilibrium.
Note that relationship communication can be challenging with Mercury retrograde until November 3 in Scorpio, then Libra, then back into Scorpio.
Emotions can be overwhelming at times because this Libra new Moon begins the lunar month of the passionate Fire Dog until November 13. During a Dog month, what matters most is honesty and integrity of character.
But Fire Dog can go to extremes as manifestations of the Taoist concept of yin and yang. Dog exhibits yin behavior when faithful and devoted, and yang behavior when a fierce guardian. (More information about Fire Dog is in my book Taoist Astrology.)
During this lunar month, don’t go with decisions that were made in anger as the new Moon and Sun are opposite Mars in Aries. Mars oppositions can bring disruption, and irritability or impatience with others. Mars is also squared Jupiter and Pluto causing combative energy.
The new Moon and Sun square Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto in Capricorn that can bring confusion about specific actions to take that may influence your life’s direction. Fortunately, Venus in Virgo trines Jupiter and Pluto for relationships to evolve to a stronger level of intimacy with a more conscious way of interacting.
I encourage you to contact me for your tarot reading, astrology forecast, or feng shui consultation to support you through these challenging times.
Opportunities for relationship transformation are for all, and are strongest for Air signs Libra, Aquarius, and Gemini and those born in Dog, Tiger, Horse, and Rabbit years.
Happy new Moon,
